Won Ho Kim, Esq.
Won Ho Kim, Esq. is the founder and managing attorney of WHK Law Firm. He represents clients before USCIS, the immigration courts, and federal court, where he files mandamus lawsuits when cases are stuck in long delays. He is a graduate of Emory University School of Law and is admitted to practice in New York. Our team serves clients in English, Spanish, and Korean.
